TYPICAL TREATMENT PLAN

INITIAL APPOINTMENT:

During this one hour appointment, your practitioner will review your health history and symptoms and if the doctor thinks you might have low testosterone, they will direct you to a local laboratory for blood tests. They may also recommend dietary and exercise plans to assist you in balancing your hormones.

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT:

After reviewing your blood test results, your doctor will advise you and begin your testosterone replacement therapy if that is what the tests indicate.

INJECTION TRAINING:

If you need instructions to administer the injections in the privacy of your home, your doctor will provide this information to you.

SECOND FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT:

Approximately eight weeks after your initial follow-up session, your doctor will review your progress and make adjustments as necessary during this 30-minute session.

THIRD FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT:

After another eight weeks, you will have a session if it is needed to evaluate any previous adjustments made to your treatment plan.

SEMI-ANNUAL APPOINTMENT:

Your doctor will require that blood tests be done every six months to determine your status and progress. These 30-minute sessions take place at six month intervals.

Our physicians are available via email and phone throughout your treatment to answer your questions.
