Vitality Center was founded by Dr. Dan Getz, who discovered his passion for helping men regain their youth and recognized the need for quality testosterone replacement therapy in the Northwest. After studying Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, he opened his first vitality center and now oversees four centers across the region. Dr. Getz is also board certified in the practice of Emergency Medicine.

Our low $99 per month option covers all of your follow-up calls and visits, ongoing prescriptions, the ordering of lab tests, and dosage adjustments. You pay for the actual drugs and tests. During your one-hour initial exam, your provider will conduct a thorough health evaluation, discuss your health history, and review the results of your blood tests. As appropriate, a treatment plan will be developed and recommended to you. After your initial exam, if you decide to optimize your health through our customized treatment program, we offer simple payment options for continuation of service.

TREATMENT PLAN
Our fees cover all follow-up calls/visits, continued prescribing, adjustment of doses and ordering of laboratory testing. Any prescriptions or lab fees are the responsibility of the client. The fee for this program will be automatically withdrawn from your account each month, you may cancel at any time by contacting our office.
